Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the InsuRaj AI platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be authorized to use the Services on behalf of your organization (tenant).
- You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. Tenant Relationship
If you access the Services through an organization (a “Tenant”), your use is subject to that Tenant’s policies. The Tenant controls user provisioning, permissions, and retention settings for business data stored in the Service.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Services or attempt to access them by any means other than our interfaces.
- Do not infringe, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits or security features.
- Do not introduce malware or use the Services for unlawful activities.
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of client/consumer data.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription billed to the Tenant per the selected plan. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non‑refundable except where mandated by law. Taxes may apply.
5. Customer Data & Confidentiality
“Customer Data” means data submitted to or generated within the Services by or for the Tenant, including client records, documents, and communications metadata. The Tenant retains ownership of Customer Data. InsuRaj processes Customer Data to provide and improve the Services, and will not use it for unrelated advertising or model training without permission.
6. AI/LLM Features
Some features use third‑party AI providers to generate outputs on demand. We apply role‑based access controls and minimize prompts and outputs. Unless explicitly agreed, Tenant data is not used to train generalized models. AI outputs can be incorrect or incomplete—use judgment and verify results.
7. Privacy
Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we process it.
8. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the Services. However, no service can be guaranteed error‑free or 100% secure.
9. Availability & Changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, discontinue components, or release updates. If a material change negatively affects paid features, we will provide reasonable notice.
10. Intellectual Property
InsuRaj and its licensors own all rights to the Services excluding Customer Data. Feedback is voluntary and may be used to improve the Services without obligation.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON‑INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED FOR ASSISTIVE PURPOSES ONLY.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSURAJ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY THE TENANT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless InsuRaj from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal risk, or non‑payment. Upon termination, Tenant may export Customer Data where available.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
